Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Al-Sharqi, Ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah, and under the administration of Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, whose Chairman is H.H. Sheikh Dr. Rashid Bin Hamad Bin Mohammed Al-Sharqi.
